I installed H2know and see a blinking green light on the device but there is no data being reported in the App. What’s wrong?

The installation process has three main steps:

1. Connect the sensor to Wi-Fi.
2. Identify the optimal location for the sensor and attach the sensor to the pipe.
3. Answer a few questions to help H2know learn about your environment.

Once attached and transmitting (the LED is blinking green), H2know collects data for 7-10 days and learns your water use. Answer a few questions to help H2know learn about your environment and we will email when your water insights are ready!
