Step 2. Connect to Wi-Fi

Let’s connect the sensor to Wi-Fi before attaching it to a pipe. You will be using your computer or mobile phone to access the H2know App.

Take the sensor and its components to your computer’s location, or any other comfortable location if using your mobile phone.

Plug the cable into the sensor and a power source making sure to orient the USB connector to match the orientation of the USB receptacle on the sensor. Forcefully inserting the connector to the receptacle with an incorrect orientation may cause damage to the receptacle and void the warranty.

Sign into the H2know App at
https://WaterMonitorApp.com with your username and password. You should have already received an invitation to create an account from your account administrator. If you are the account administrator and have not received a username and password, contact support@conservationlabs.com.

Once in the H2know App, click on “Deployment” then “Single Sensor Set-up.” You will need your Wi-Fi password to sync the sensor to your router as well as the status of the LED light on the sensor. The H2know App walks you through this process, step-by-step. You can watch a video of this process here.

You will know that the sensor is connected to Wi-Fi when the LED is blinking green. This typically takes no more than 20 seconds.
