Step 4. Tell us about your environment

If you’ve reached this step, your sensor is attached to your pipe and the LED is blinking green. You’ve successfully connected H2know, and it is learning your water use. 

There are just a few more simple tasks in the installation process. Please log back into www.watermonitorapp.com to answer a few questions to help H2know learn about your environment: 

1. Log in to www.watermonitorapp.com, go to “Deployment,” then click on “Sensors” in the left hand navigation. 
2. Find the card with your Sensor ID number, and click on “Enter Deployment Details.” 
3. Answer the questions. There are two sections, with 3-4 questions each and covers your plumbing and water use. It should take about 5 minutes. Our ability to provide you with reports on your water use are dependent on your answering these questions.
4. Send us a picture of your sensor on the pipe and the area 10 feet around the sensor and email it with the sensor serial number to support@conservationlabs.com. This will allow us to service you better in the future.

Once you’ve answered the questions and sent us your picture, you are done! H2know set up is now complete. H2know requires a property installed sensor with 7 days of consistent data transmission to begin training the sensor to learn the unique usage in your property. The training period is typically 5-7 additional days. We will email you when your water insights are ready!  Should you require any assistance, please contact us at support@conservationlabs.com.
