Tips for Attaching to Pipe

Pipe size is measured by its diameter. The most common pipe size in the US is 3/4″. If you are unsure of your pipe size, print out and cut the H2know Pipe Size Measuring Tool. Also, you may want to test the coupler’s fit on the pipe before inserting the strap and attaching it to the sensor. It is important for H2know to have the right coupler. If the coupler is too tight or too loose, it could negatively impact the measurements used for estimating water flow.
